By accessing or using SlidesMaster.com (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our tools or download our templates.

2. Permitted Use & Output Ownership

You retain 100% full legal ownership, intellectual property rights, and commercial exploitation rights to all presentation files (.pptx) generated by you using our free Markdown-to-PPTX generator. You may freely use, present, sell, or distribute your exported decks without attribution to SlidesMaster.

3. Template Licenses (.potx)

Digital template products purchased through our Gumroad storefront grant a non-exclusive, perpetual commercial license to use the templates in personal, client, and corporate presentations. Re-selling, redistributing, or sublicensing the raw template files on competing marketplaces is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software utilities, guides, and templates provided on SlidesMaster.com are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to ensure maximum compatibility with Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Apple Keynote, we cannot guarantee identical rendering across legacy versions or third-party presentation viewers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SlidesMaster and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our tools.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the generator or service at our discretion with or without notice.
